Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to contribute to a government digital transformation project that aims to impact the entire nation. The role involves building secure, scalable, and effective digital solutions that improve the citizen experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain secure and scalable web applications.
• Create responsive user interfaces and maintain robust backend services.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal and external systems.
• Facilitate cloud infrastructure management, application deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Engage in system design reviews, code quality checks, and produce technical documentation ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years of comprehensive experience in full stack software development, including proficient hands-on skills in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, GO, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and version control with GitLab, as well as CI/CD and deployment on AWS.
• Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS system, or Singapore Tech Stack (SGTS) is a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise or public sector large-scale, high-availability platforms.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields is required.
