About the Role
Jai Steel Facilitation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their team at the Marvella Business Hub in Surat, Gujarat, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web solutions, RESTful APIs, and database architectures while ensuring the robustness of production deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, efficient, and scalable web applications primarily using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Create and maintain backend services and REST APIs with Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
- Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL alongside Prisma ORM.
- Implement advanced security mechanisms such as authentication, authorization, JWT, cookies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Facilitate integration of third-party services and improve overall application performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues arising in frontend, backend, database systems, and live production environments.
- Engage actively in code review processes, testing, comprehensive documentation, and deployment cycles.
- Work collaboratively with developer peers, QA personnel, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver quality solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Professional experience between three to five years in full-stack development.
- In-depth expertise in React.js, ES6+ JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with Redux or Redux Toolkit including RTK Query.
- Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledgeable in PostgreSQL, SQL, Prisma ORM, database design principles, and query optimization.
- Experience using Git and GitHub; well-versed in security practices such as authentication, RBAC, and API security.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI.
- Experience with Redis, Socket.IO/WebSockets, Docker, CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
- Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture, Linux environments, and AI or Large Language Model APIs.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
