Full Stack Developer (Flutter & Web)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Flutter and web technologies to join our expanding tech team. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications that cater to real estate operations, external client platforms, and internal organizational tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain cross-platform mobile apps utilizing Flutter and Dart.
• Build and upkeep responsive web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with third-party services.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver robust features.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented source code.
• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and testing activities.
• Enhance app performance, scalability, and security aspects.
• Manage databases and server-side functionality efficiently.
• Keep abreast of new technological advances and propose enhancements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Full Stack Developer role or equivalent capacity.
• Strong practical knowledge of Flutter and Dart for mobile development.
• Comprehensive understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Back-end programming experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git version control systems and API integrations.
• Good grasp of UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with real estate or CRM software platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Firebase, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and toolchains.
