About the Role
Loopnow Technologies Private Limited seeks an experienced Full-stack Developer who blends software architecture expertise with advanced AI proficiency. The position is office-based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and requires a graduate with strong English communication skills. This role demands developing autonomous, app-aware AI systems beyond conventional chatbot APIs to independently plan, act, evaluate, and achieve complex business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy multi-agent, stateful workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or CopilotKit for automating complex business logic with synchronized UI and agent states.
- Lead frontend development and backend integration to enable smooth interaction between AI components and user interfaces.
- Design and build deterministic rules engines to enforce Canadian tax compliance, including ITC computations, CRA document classifications, GIFI mappings, and meal/entertainment restrictions.
- Implement strict backend tools using validated schemas (e.g., Zod) to ensure AI computations and classifications are accurate and structured.
- Employ AI-powered coding agents and CLI tools (Cursor, Aider, Claude Code, OpenCode) to accelerate prototyping and production deployment significantly beyond traditional methods.
- Enable real-time streaming and observability of token generation, tool invocations, and AI state updates, with thorough auditing of agent actions.
- Incorporate security best practices to treat user inputs securely, enforce authorization boundaries, include human approvals, and handle errors safely to resist prompt injection attacks.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven mastery of LLM API integration, multi-step agent loop design, function calling, and structured output handling with capability to flag ambiguous inputs for human review.
- Strong architectural mindset and adeptness at engaging in AI-assisted pair programming, prompt design, context management, and AI debugging.
- Solid programming skills in Python and Node.js/TypeScript with familiarity in frontend frameworks such as Next.js and Tailwind CSS along with state management systems supporting bidirectional agent/application communication like CopilotKit.
- Experience with Linux server environments, containerization, and crafting deterministic API endpoints optimized for AI tool usage.
- Capability to establish self-verification mechanisms that validate AI outputs before final acceptance.
Interview & Selection Process
- Round 1: AI Architecture Discussion covering past projects, model selection, and prompt engineering (45 mins).
- Round 2: Live AI-powered coding session demonstrating rapid prototyping and debugging skills (60 mins).
- Round 3: Technical assessment focused on developing a production-ready Canadian CPA & Bookkeeping AI copilot; submission deadline September 30, 2026.
- Round 4: Culture & vision fit discussion emphasizing rapid iteration and ownership (30 mins).
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly fixed salary ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹130,000, complemented by incentives. Flexible working hours and a substantial budget for API credits and premium AI tooling are provided to support continuous learning and experimentation.
