About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Developer to design and build a Multi-Tenant SaaS platform allowing multiple vendors to register and manage their individual dashboards securely and efficiently. This role demands strong backend and frontend development capabilities along with expertise in managing high-volume messaging and vendor-specific access control.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and develop a Multi-Tenant SaaS system enabling vendor sign-up and dashboard management.
- Seamlessly integrate the Meta WhatsApp Business API (WABA) to facilitate bulk message sending, template management, and real-time delivery status tracking through webhooks.
- Create an intuitive CRM interface for managing contacts, scheduling campaigns, and generating analytics reports.
- Implement robust and secure vendor authentication including login/signup functionality, enforce role-based access controls, and maintain logical database separation among vendors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient backend development experience using Node.js with Express, Python with Django or FastAPI, or PHP with Laravel frameworks.
- Strong frontend development skills using React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js libraries/frameworks.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases, including advanced query optimization techniques suitable for handling bulk data.
- Capability in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working knowledge of the Meta Graph API, and handling webhooks effectively.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Hands-on experience implementing message queue systems like Redis or RabbitMQ to manage large-scale bulk messaging loads efficiently without causing server failures.
