About the Role
Sun Sea International seeks a highly adaptable and resourceful Full Stack Developer proficient in utilizing modern AI-based development tools to rapidly deliver production-ready features. The role involves creating elegant UI/UX designs, maintaining, and enhancing existing web applications and services efficiently without traditional extensive coding.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, refactor, and enhance current production web applications, databases, and APIs to ensure scalability and stability.
- Leverage AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to write clean, secure, and maintainable code at a pace significantly faster than conventional methods.
- Rapidly prototype and implement clean, responsive user interfaces using AI design-to-code platforms like v0, Lovable, Bolt, and Tailwind CSS.
- Conduct thorough review, testing, and debugging of all AI-generated codes to guarantee absence of security vulnerabilities, logical errors, or performance issues.
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows with existing databases, servers, and internal tools.
Requirements
- Strong foundational coding skills with good command of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL, and ability to effectively troubleshoot code.
- Extensive daily experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, v0, and Bolt.new or equivalent environments.
- Demonstrated capability in debugging and maintaining production-level codebases, not just prototypes.
- Excellent UI/UX sensibility with experience creating polished, modern, and mobile-responsive interfaces using component libraries like Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
- Proficient in working with REST APIs, managing authentication flows, webhooks, and relational database schemas.

Compensation and Terms
- Probation period of 3 months with a stipend range of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month for fresh graduates.
- Post-probation, the annual cost to company ranges from ₹200,000 to ₹300,000.
