Position Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to architect and develop scalable, high-reliability software systems, emphasizing full-stack capabilities and AI engineering, particularly with LLM-based applications. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to produce maintainable and top-quality solutions adhering to contemporary accessibility and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable software systems tailored to business and client requirements
• Create full-stack applications employing technologies like React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues through thorough log analysis to sustain system dependability
• Construct LLM workflows utilizing techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool integration, structured output formatting, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop methodologies
• Develop and maintain evaluation pipelines using golden datasets, regression testing, deterministic evaluators, and employing LLMs as judges
• Incorporate monitoring, observability, safety guardrails, fallback strategies, and validation mechanisms to uphold reliable AI operations
• Optimize AI solutions, balancing factors including model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain automated testing suites covering unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee software integrity
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and produce technical documentation supporting agile development processes
• Effectively communicate the trade-offs and quality expectations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with Docker containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Bash scripting
• Commitment to developing inclusive technological products through adherence to digital accessibility standards
• Experience in writing code meeting WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA compliance criteria
• Familiarity with assistive technology such as screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack
• Enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge of digital accessibility laws and best practice techniques
