Role Overview

We seek motivated Full Stack Engineers to pioneer the integration of AI into our engineering processes. As an early member of our AI-augmented development model initiative, you will contribute across product teams, focusing primarily on backend technologies while developing end-to-end software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product features across frontend and backend components with guidance from senior engineers.
• Incorporate leading AI coding assistants like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily programming tasks.
• Translate product requirements into cohesive implementations, minimizing friction between frontend and backend development.
• Act as a foundational "seed learner," rapidly adopting full stack best practices and contributing to the team's growth towards autonomous delivery.
• Observe and recommend enhancements to collaboration and product workflows involving product management, design, and engineering teams.
• Participate actively throughout the product lifecycle, including design, deployment, and iterative improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Current student pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree; a major in Computer Science or AI-related fields is advantageous.
• Practical experience through personal projects, academic coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
• Proficiency in one backend language, preferably Java or Golang.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience creating end-to-end applications, regardless of setting.
• Basic knowledge of database architecture and fundamental backend principles.
• Knowledge of popular AI programming tools and the ability to communicate effectively with these systems.
• Self-motivated, eager to expand skills beyond assigned tasks, and embracing a product-oriented mindset.
• Strong logical reasoning and communication abilities, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
