Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized FTE Helpdesk Specialist responsible for supporting the operational and administrative tasks related to our full-time engineer workforce. This critical position manages daily FTE logistics such as attendance monitoring, timesheet verification, payroll coordination, and addressing escalations. This role serves as a communication bridge between field engineers and internal teams including program management, billing, and human resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily attendance tracking, job assignments, and scheduling for FTE employees.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate submission and review of employee timesheets.
  • Work closely with Billing teams to facilitate timely and precise payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational escalations involving FTEs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with program management, billing, and other internal departments to align operational activities and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records, create reports, and monitor adherence to company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency of FTE support operations.
  • Track and route issues to the appropriate resources for resolution.
  • Keep FTE-related data current within the Workforce Management portal.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree holder.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with time-tracking and payroll systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
