Desktop Publishing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Desktop Publishing Operator to assist in generating academic content by delivering typing, formatting, and document preparation with precision and speed. The role focuses on handling scientific and mathematical educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid and precise typing for academic and institutional documents
• Utilize PageMaker, CorelDRAW, and other formatting software to prepare documents
• Accurately enter scientific and mathematical content
• Format study guides, exam papers, and related academic files
• Maintain error-free and structurally consistent documentation
• Collaborate closely with academic and design teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Possess between one to five years of experience in typing or desktop publishing
• Educational content typing experience, particularly in math and scientific areas, is preferred

Core Competencies

• Expertise in PageMaker and CorelDRAW applications
• High typing speed ranging from 130 to 170 words per minute with strong accuracy
• Basic knowledge of academic and scientific subject matter
• Keen attention to detail and consistency

• Must be willing to work onsite at the Mohali district location
