About the Role
As a Fruit and Vegetable Department Manager with Woolworths Group, you will oversee your department's full operations and lead a team committed to providing excellent service and quality produce. This role offers the chance to grow your leadership skills via the Store Leadership Pathway, shaping your career in retail or specialty fruit and vegetable management. You will work closely with the broader store leadership and your team to ensure customers enjoy a positive shopping experience while maintaining a workplace culture that values inclusivity and connection.
Responsibilities
In this position, your detailed focus on planning and daily routines will help maintain fresh and high-quality fruit and vegetable displays, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage temperature control, product quality, and waste reduction aligned with sustainability commitments.
Requirements

Work Hours & Roster
- Shift Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
