Position Overview

We are recruiting a Frontend and Mobile Software Developer experienced in building mobile applications using Flutter, along with web interfaces utilizing React. The role involves delivering responsive, user-friendly applications for both mobile and web platforms through effective collaboration with backend developers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying features for mobile and web applications.
• Create and support cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Develop and enhance web frontend interfaces using React where needed.
• Design reusable, maintainable UI components and ensure functional user experiences that align with business and design requirements.
• Integrate frontend and mobile clients with backend services via RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers.
• Participate in building API-driven and microservices-based solutions.
• Incorporate AI-driven and data-centric functionality as applicable.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability on supported devices and platforms.
• Adhere to coding standards, secure development protocols, and software engineering best practices.
• Take part in code reviews, design discussions, testing activities, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist in deploying applications and manage basic CI/CD pipeline tasks.
• Debug, resolve defects, and maintain applications for stability and enhancements.
• Document technical specifications and promote collaborative learning within the team.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies alongside technical leads and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrable experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies and modern UI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and client-server communication.
• Familiarity with application testing, debugging techniques, version control systems, and code quality processes.
• Awareness of secure software development guidelines.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Basic knowledge of containerization with Docker or equivalent.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and DevOps principles.
• Experience or exposure to Agile/Scrum project management.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in web application development using React.
• Familiar with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS technologies.
• Experience integrating client applications with backend APIs.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations and interfacing with AI services/APIs.
• Understanding of messaging platforms and event-driven architectures like Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of data platforms and integration methods.
• Competence in using UML, technical diagramming, and documentation practices.
• Openness to learning legacy platforms such as Smalltalk used by KORE.

Additional Details

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Hours: Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM IST aligned with US EST time zone

Contract Duration: Long-term contract with possible extension
