We seek a seasoned Frontend Developer Team Lead to guide a team responsible for crafting and maintaining sophisticated web applications. This role involves utilizing React.js and TypeScript technologies to build, test, and deploy high-caliber software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Work cooperatively with cross-disciplinary teams to gather project requirements and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold coding standards by reviewing junior developers' output and embedding best practices throughout development cycles.
• Engage in technical dialogues with stakeholders, converting business objectives into effective technical approaches.

Job Requirements

• Presents 8 to 12 years of extensive software development experience focused on JavaScript, NextJS, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated aptitudes in leadership include overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven background in handling large-scale enterprise solutions with complex system architectures.
• Consistent history of delivering code that adheres to recognized quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed any undergraduate degree.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position falls between 1,400,000 and 2,500,000 INR annually.
