Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust, reusable React codebases.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness by writing efficient code.
- Adhere strictly to the Secure Development Policy to guarantee application security.
- Detect and resolve bottlenecks and defects within the code.
- Support upholding high standards of code quality, structure, and automation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a college diploma or university degree in computer science or a related field.
- Have between five to eight years of professional experience in the industry.
- Demonstrate proficient skills with React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience working with various source code management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methods is preferred.
- Firm understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Capability to make independent decisions and act accordingly.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, team, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and disciplined.
- Experience collaborating effectively within team-based workplaces.
