Role Overview
In the position of AI-Native Frontend Engineer (React), you will be responsible for creating contemporary and responsive user interfaces for Eltizam's insurance tech platform. Your role involves delivering smooth, user-friendly experiences by implementing frontend features with React alongside collaboration with product management, design, and data teams. Your tasks will include building reusable UI elements, enhancing frontend performance, enforcing accessibility standards, and influencing frontend architecture choices. A significant aspect of the role is embedding AI-driven functionalities by working closely with machine learning and data teams to present intelligent insights and recommendations. This is a full-time role located in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the coding agent with Figma designs, existing components, and API contracts to define dynamic UI behavior during quote arrivals, insurer timeouts, and customer retries.
- Leverage browser screenshots, network logs, and keyboard accessibility checks to direct modifications, validating responsive layouts and proper Arabic right-to-left support.
- Employ the agent tool to address specific issues and carry out regression testing; meticulously review proposed changes to guarantee seamless customer experience prior to integration.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in frontend development with solid experience deploying React-based production features.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with capabilities to diagnose complex state, API, and rendering challenges.
- Practical knowledge of using browser developer tools, Sentry, GitHub Actions, and REST APIs integration.
- Comfort with the use of Figma designs and agile collaboration to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the insurance sector, especially familiarity with Saudi Insurance Authority electronic brokerage regulations.
- Ability to convert regulatory disclosures and consent mandates into transparent and user-friendly customer interfaces.
