Front Store Supervisor

About the Role

Become a vital part of a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store, contributing to health, beauty, and convenience services within your community. Your role is centered around ensuring outstanding customer service while managing store operations related to cash handling, cashier staff, and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashier and merchandising personnel adherence to store policies and operating standards.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to cashiers and merchandisers to ensure job proficiency.
• Implement loss prevention measures, oversee daily cash office inventory, and maintain accurate cashier tracking and PC Optimum procedures.
• Ensure store employees uphold the proper public image per the uniform policy.
• Respond to customer inquiries about product locations, rainchecks, and other service details.
• Resolve customer concerns such as refunds and exchanges following established protocols.
• Encourage participation in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with correct stock rotation and set up or remove product displays as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping and store image standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed, as well as cashier responsibilities when required.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $18.60 to $21.00, depending on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and store location.
