Role Overview

The Front Office Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front office, maintaining service quality, and supporting the front office team to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office functions and guest management
• Ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Provide training and support to Front Office Associates
• Coordinate efforts with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Monitor service standards and measure guest satisfaction scores
• Generate daily reports and manage shift handover processes
• Adhere to SOPs and uphold brand standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in front office roles within hospitality
• Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality field
• Solid experience with property management systems (PMS) and billing software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and financial acumen
