Front Office Assistant

Position Overview

This role extends beyond simple guest check-in and check-out processes. As a Front Office Assistant within our Guest Experience team, you will proactively provide a spectrum of services throughout the guest's stay to ensure a smooth and remarkable experience. Empowered to independently handle operational tasks, fulfill guest inquiries, manage reports, and showcase local attractions, you are integral to making every transaction part of an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding company properties.
• Uphold quality standards and present a professional appearance and communication style in line with company expectations.
• Remain active throughout the workday, involving standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations.
• Engage in hands-on duties such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned to support guests and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No previous relevant work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No mandatory licenses or certifications needed.
