Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Lift Driver to join our Wingfield, South Australia depot on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves operating front lift collection vehicles to provide essential waste management services across the region, adhering to safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate front lift collection vehicles on assigned routes.
- Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections on vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Uphold a professional company image and ensure excellent service quality with all customers.
- Adhere to established procedures and systems when interacting with internal teams and external clients.
- Follow all fatigue management regulations, requirements, and training programs.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a minimum of a Heavy Rigid (HR) license.
- Be physically fit and prepared to engage in manual tasks, as the job can be physically demanding.
- Demonstrate flexibility in availability and willingness to work early mornings Monday to Friday, with possible weekends.
- Embrace a Zero Harm safety philosophy.
- Exhibit reliability, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Consent to pre-employment medical assessments, including drug and alcohol testing.
