Role Summary
The Front Desk Gym Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining operational readiness by managing front desk services at Personnel Support Programs facilities. Reporting to the Manager of Community Recreation, this role ensures clients receive timely and accurate information regarding facilities, services, programs, and activities. The supervisor is also responsible for promoting PSP programs, updating PSP websites, coordinating information submissions for program guides, and overseeing the training and supervision of front desk employees.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- College diploma or certificate in Recreation, Public or Business Administration, or related fields; alternatively, a high school diploma with substantial relevant experience.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.
- Experience in personnel administration, cash handling, general office administration, and program registration software.
- Proven competencies including client focus, organizational knowledge, effective communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
