Overview

At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts located in Sharjah, UAE, we are seeking a female Front Desk Agent fluent in Russian who will go beyond standard check-in and check-out services to create memorable, unique guest experiences. Our Guest Experience Experts are proactive in delivering comprehensive guest services throughout their stay, ensuring every transaction feels seamless and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with a personalized approach.
• Handle a variety of guest requests and operational tasks efficiently.
• Provide insightful information about local attractions and highlights.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
• Uphold professional appearance standards and communication.
• Engage actively in standing, walking, and performing light physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in Russian and proficiency in guest relations.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming workplace.

Additional Information
