About the Role
We are looking to hire fresh graduates for an international voice support position handling inbound calls, emails, and chat communications. The role involves accurately logging cases and interactions using the required tools. Candidates will contribute individually within a team on clearly defined tasks.
Job Location and Shifts
The position is based in office locations across Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai. The schedule is for night shifts only, with commuting provided through both-way cab transportation.
Eligibility
Open for freshers who graduated in 2025 or 2026 and are eager to work in an international voice process. Proficiency in English communication skills is essential.
