About the Role
Treknex Logistics LLP is expanding its team in the rapidly growing US Logistics and Freight Brokerage sector. We seek motivated and energetic professionals passionate about advancing their careers in this lucrative field.
Job Location and Work Hours
The position is based onsite at Mohali (Phase 8B) with night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM aligned to US timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage regularly in calls with US-based carriers and shippers.
- Manage freight bookings and coordinate dispatch processes efficiently.
- Negotiate freight rates and cultivate solid relationships with carriers.
- Drive growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year and up to five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken English and robust communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of making over 100 calls daily in a sales-driven environment.
- Prepared to work night shifts matching US business hours.
- Preference for immediate joiners.
- Applicants may be either experienced Freight Brokers or International Voice Process Executives.
