Role Overview

This freelance position involves listening to audio recordings of conversations between humans and AI voice agents. Annotators evaluate each AI response based on correctness and vocal quality, providing brief, original written explanations for their ratings.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to recorded dialogues between a person and AI voice agents.
• Evaluate every AI turn on accuracy and voice quality.
• Write concise, reasoned justifications explaining the ratings given.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent auditory sensitivity to American English nuances including voice consistency, pacing, and stress.
• Strong listening comprehension to understand fast, casual, and overlapping conversations without frequent replays.
• Ability to formulate clear, defensible opinions in writing about AI responses.
• Original writing skills; avoiding AI-generated explanations.
• Courage to critically identify subpar AI responses and rate them accordingly.

Terms and Commitment

• Monthly remuneration ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR based on work volume.
• This is a freelance engagement requiring 30 to 50 hours per week.
• No previous experience needed; training will be provided.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
