Audio Annotator (Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated AI Data Annotators for a fixed term contract to perform Audio Conversation Rating tasks. Your role involves critical listening and evaluation of dialogue exchanges between a person and an AI voice agent.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully listen to recorded conversations between human users and AI voice agents.
• Assess each agent’s spoken turn based on accuracy of content and vocal quality.
• Compose concise written justifications explaining each rating with clarity and specificity.

Candidate Profile

• Strong auditory skills in American English, able to detect subtle audio inconsistencies such as robotic patches, shifts in voice tone, irregular pacing, or misplaced stress.
• Excellent real-time listening comprehension capable of understanding fast-paced and overlapping speech segments without excessive repetitions.
• Ability to articulate well-founded opinions clearly and confidently with precise explanations.
• Proven writing capabilities to generate original, thoughtful reasoning rather than generic or AI-generated responses.
• Courage to accurately critique audio quality and agent performance, including assigning low scores when warranted.

Additional Information and Terms

• Monthly compensation is INR 25,000, variable based on output quality and quantity.
• This is a fixed term contract position with an 8-hour daily commitment.
• No prior professional experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
• The role is fully remote, enabling work from any location.
