Franchise Manager

Overview

Regrob, a leading technology-driven real estate brokerage founded by IIT and IIM alumni, operates over 50 franchises across India and ranks among Asia's top 100 tech firms. We follow an online-to-offline (O2O) business model in the real estate sector and are looking to expand further in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot and cultivate new franchise business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners.
• Present the company's franchise model and investment offerings effectively.
• Assess the business viability and specific needs of prospective franchisees.
• Lead the franchise acquisition process from initial contact to successful onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams concerning proposals, commercial negotiations, and franchise establishment.
• Keep detailed records of business dealings and partner communications using CRM systems.
• Meet franchise growth targets while ensuring franchise partners receive excellent support and experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates in any discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in business development, franchise management, B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Applicants must be based in Noida.

Compensation

The annual salary ranges from ₹300,000 to ₹800,000.

This role is based onsite in Noida. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome. Joining can be immediate.
