Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will join the senior leadership team, spearheading a group tasked with delivering commercial and strategic financial insights that enhance operational excellence throughout the business. The position provides strong internal visibility, frequent interaction with senior executives, and the opportunity to influence critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts and senior analysts, fostering their development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure prompt and precise month-end reporting and perform variance analysis.
- Oversee the Budget, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Forecast processes, scrutinizing and enhancing outputs.
- Present comprehensive performance and financial insights to senior leadership.
- Promote automation and champion operational improvements within financial procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional teams representing FP&A on various initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to aid senior-level decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified accountant with over six years of post-qualification professional experience.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving change.
- Strong communication abilities for engaging with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in generating strategic insights and improving financial processes.
- Collaborative leadership approach accompanied by excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- Position reports to the Head of FP&A and forms part of the senior leadership group.
- The role is based hybrid in Dublin City Centre.
- Salary package includes 100,000 plus bonus, pension, and other benefits.
