Role Overview

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Founding Chief Revenue Officer to secure our first customer base across the UK and Europe and to design and implement a replicable sales process for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully close enterprise SaaS agreements, primarily targeting financial institutions.
• Navigate complex, extended sales cycles that require engaging multiple stakeholders such as compliance and security teams.
• Contribute to the creation of an effective sales framework rather than solely executing an existing one.
• Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to facilitate security evaluations and procurement procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Several years of proven experience closing deals in enterprise SaaS environments, preferably within financial sectors.
• Strong ability to manage and influence multiple decision-makers across long sales cycles, including compliance and security personnel.
• Motivation and initiative to architect and build scalable sales processes.
