Job Overview

We are searching for an outstanding individual to work closely with the founder of our fast-growing startup based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting the founder with managing priorities, meetings, and overall operations to bring structure and efficiency to our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks for the founder.
• Monitor decisions taken and ensure follow-through on assigned actions.
• Assist in recruitment processes, project coordination, creating presentations, and managing follow-ups.
• Implement organizational frameworks to streamline processes in a rapidly evolving startup.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop within the role.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory; on-site presence is highly preferred.
• A strong desire to learn rapidly, aiming to accelerate five years' worth of knowledge acquisition within a single year.
• Possesses intellectual curiosity, frequently asking insightful questions and continuously seeking knowledge.
• Exhibits high energy, ownership mentality, and willingness to work beyond typical office hours; not confined to a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
• Passionately pursues personal and professional growth; enthusiastic about startups, live shopping, marketplaces, and e-commerce sectors.
• Eager to work with an exceptional team and learn from top-tier professionals.
• Maintains a strong growth mindset, aware of knowledge gaps and motivated to resolve them.
