About the Role
We are recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our client on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in India or beyond. This position centers on deploying and integrating AI technologies for enterprise clients to enable smooth adoption and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure AI models and infrastructure tailored to enterprise needs, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
- Promptly diagnose and solve technical problems in live production settings to reduce downtime and maintain system dependability.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate feedback, continuously improving deployed solutions based on client requirements.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation for deployed systems to facilitate maintenance and future implementations.
- Offer technical guidance to clients by delivering training, sharing best practices, and providing proactive assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in deploying and scaling AI and machine learning models in real-world production environments.
- Strong command of Python programming along with familiarity working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and fixing complex technical challenges quickly.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside continuous integration and delivery pipelines is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
