Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements as part of Rogo's Forward Deployed team, leveraging your banking or investment background to guide top financial institutions in applying AI to their regular workflows and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with bankers and investors at existing and potential clients to identify workflow pain points and demonstrate how Rogo's AI offerings address these challenges effectively.
• Establish yourself as a trusted expert in resolving client-specific issues, including areas like public company financial research, M&A advisory, and diligence processes.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations that resonate with financial firms, probing client needs and showcasing relevant features of Rogo's AI technology accordingly.
• Work with the marketing team to create content designed to engage bankers and investors, customized to their specific practice areas and clientele.
• Serve as the customer's advocate within Rogo, integrating your industry insights to guide sales strategies and relay customer feedback to drive product improvements from a financial services perspective.
• Customize new solution rollouts to meet individual customer requirements and enhance market credibility for Rogo as a uniquely trustworthy and useful AI partner in finance.
• Perform detailed research and competitive analysis to support client engagements and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a front office finance role.
• Exceptional project management abilities combined with superior communication skills; highly organized and attentive to detail.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach that integrates creative problem-solving with practical scrappiness to deliver impactful results.

Preferred Extras

• Experience as an early employee at a rapidly growing startup is advantageous.
