About Rogo

Rogo is on a mission to revolutionize global finance by enabling leading professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms to leverage AI for unmatched speed, accuracy, and insights. We are not merely enhancing financial processes but shaping entirely new workflows for the industry.

This role offers a rare chance to join a trailblazing company that is disrupting one of the most critical sectors worldwide. With rapid growth, a broad international client portfolio, validated product-market fit, and support from premier investors, Rogo is rapidly scaling and establishing a fresh enterprise AI category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new client acquisitions and account growth quotas with global banks, private equity firms, and asset managers across the APAC region.
  • Act as the pioneering Go-To-Market (GTM) representative in APAC, shaping regional sales strategies, setting priorities, and establishing early operational standards.
  • Develop executive-level relationships, strategize across complex, multi-layered organizations, and navigate diverse cultural and geographic environments.
  • Lead thorough discovery sessions and run proof of value activities that demonstrate concrete business benefits in cooperation with remote product, engineering, and GTM teams located in the US and Europe.
  • Create executive business cases and handle APAC-specific security, compliance, and legal assessments.
  • Drive sales cycles from prospecting to securing multi-year enterprise license contracts, collaborating with post-sales teams to facilitate successful implementations and expansions despite limited local infrastructure in the early stages.
  • Consistently meet Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals while serving as the key advocate for APAC customers to product and GTM leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience successfully closing complex SaaS transactions, including at least 2 years working with Fortune 1000 or regulated industry clients, with direct sales experience in APAC-based enterprises.
  • Proven success achieving sales quotas of $1 million or more, employing methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message in large, multifaceted deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sophisticated AI concepts and translate them into compelling ROI-focused presentations for global and regional C-suite executives.
  • Strong commitment to pipeline development and disciplined execution of deals in new or underpenetrated markets.
  • A startup-oriented mindset characterized by autonomy, adaptability, resilience in uncertainty, drive to succeed, and enthusiasm for groundbreaking roles.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ease working across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to investment banks, private equity, or capital markets teams based in or operating throughout APAC including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, or Japan.
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), data privacy standards, enterprise information security procedures, and regulatory requirements such as regional data residency or sovereignty rules.
  • Background as an early regional team member or involvement in launching a new market presence.

Personal Attributes

  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments and is passionate about startup culture.
  • Highly ambitious and enjoys tackling challenging problems considered insurmountable by others.
  • Curious learner with a strong interest in AI, technology evolution, and financial services.
  • Self-starter and owner who works independently with minimal supervision, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Collaborative, well-organized, considerate, and thoughtful in interactions.

Why Join Rogo?

  • Strong growth trajectory with significant product adoption among the world's foremost financial institutions, presenting substantial upside potential.
  • Exceptional team environment with high talent density, offering a chance to perform at a career-best level alongside leading experts in AI and finance.
  • Work on a unique and impactful challenge, bringing AI to transform Wall Street workflows at an unprecedented scale.
  • Real ownership of responsibilities with visible impact among sophisticated end users.
  • Engage with cutting-edge AI technologies and transform state-of-the-art models into trusted products.
