With an operational in-house production facility and an expanding product line, the company is building its formulation team to fulfill rising manufacturing demands.

Role Overview

The Formulation Executive will join the production formulation team based in the UPSIDA Industrial Area, Lucknow. This position involves hands-on responsibility for executing accurate, consistent, and compliant batch formulations of personal care and wellness products such as sanitizers, face washes, roll-ons, sprays, and related items. The ideal candidate values batch quality, process discipline, and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out batch manufacturing of personal care and wellness products according to approved BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records).
• Maintain consistent product quality and yield across all batches.
• Perform in-process inspections and basic quality tests at every stage of production.
• Keep thorough and accurate batch documentation, including BMR, BPR (Batch Processing Records), SOPs, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Liaise with the Quality Control team to facilitate batch release and address any non-conformances.
• Manage precise weighing, dispensing, and handling of raw materials such as essential oils and herbal extracts.
• Follow GMP, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards strictly on the production floor.
• Assist with minor formulation modifications during scale-up or material substitutions under senior supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in formulation or production roles within personal care, cosmetics, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of batch manufacturing processes, including weighing, dispensing, and in-process quality controls.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and production documentation requirements.
• Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs and to identify and report any deviations promptly.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with natural or organic ingredients such as essential oils, herbal extracts, and plant-based actives.
• Knowledge of cosmetic or Ayurvedic regulatory standards.
• Keen attention to detail with a disciplined approach to process compliance.
