Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with 8-10 years in the field and an ITI qualification. The role involves overseeing welding, fabrication, and tool room operations while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise welding, fabrication, and tool room activities efficiently.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor the productivity of technicians and operators.
• Conduct and supervise operations such as welding, cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication.
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately to guide precise fabrication work.
• Inspect finished work to maintain quality and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee maintenance of tools and equipment, including preventive upkeep.
• Provide training and support to shop-floor staff, resolving everyday operational challenges.
