Job Overview
Sodexo is urgently looking to hire a Food Safety Supervisor to be based in Khavda / Bhuj, Gujarat. The position requires candidates to have a minimum of two years experience in Food Safety or HSE roles, particularly within catering, hospitality, facility management, food service, or industrial canteen settings. Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or diploma holder in Food Safety, Food Technology, Hotel Management, Hospitality, HSE, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Food Safety or HSE.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, along with food hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety practices.
- Proficient inspection, documentation, training, and communication capabilities.
- Preference for candidates willing to work at Khavda or Bhuj locations in Gujarat.
- Immediate joining candidates or those available with minimal notice preferred.
