Job Overview

As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in delivering food orders promptly and accurately to guests, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction. You will support wait staff and assist with bussing tables while representing the community by sharing local knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests as per restaurant requirements.
• Ensure all dishes are presented properly before serving and check that guests have all needed items.
• Assist in bussing tables to maintain a clean environment.
• Familiarize yourself with hotel art and decor to engage guests knowledgeably.
• Act as a community ambassador by recommending local spots.
• Complete assigned side work duties.
• Provide assistance to wait staff when necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
