Role Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all rooms are supplied with fresh linens, bedding, towels, soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other amenities.
• Follow hotel safety and security protocols diligently.
• Maintain up-to-date familiarity with hotel facilities, staff, services, hours of operation, and surrounding area resources such as malls and restaurants.
• Identify and report any guest left-behind items following hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player mindset.
• Commitment to surpassing guest expectations.
• Good understanding of cleanliness standards within hospitality.

Additional Information

The hiring process may include a phone interview, in-person manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and potentially an employment assessment. Paid time off eligibility and details will be provided in line with company policy. This position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
