Role Overview

As a Food Runner, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team ensuring seamless, high-quality service. This fast-moving role involves close collaboration with both kitchen and front of house teams, ensuring orders are delivered swiftly and accurately to guests, maintaining the highest presentation standards. You will be actively engaged on the floor throughout the service, assisting in creating a memorable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport food dishes efficiently and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Maintain clear communication with chefs and front of house staff during service hours.
• Ensure timely delivery and correct presentation of all menu items.
• Assist the floor team by resetting tables and supporting service operations as needed.
• Contribute to upkeep of clean and organized service zones.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menu and Hawksmoor's service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Energetic and dependable with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Poised and able to maintain focus under pressure during busy service periods.
• Strong collaborator who enjoys supporting colleagues and team efforts.
• Capable of standing and moving briskly throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
