  • Coordinate communication between the kitchen and floor team to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Maintain the quality and timing of popular dishes like Okra fries, black Daal, and Cheese naan to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Leadership qualities to guide and support the team warmly and confidently during high-energy shifts.
  • Minimum six months of work experience in any industry preferred.

  • Hourly wage ranging from £15 to £15.80, inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.
  • Free meals every shift and unlimited chai for team members.
  • Full-time schedule across five days per week with availability required Monday through Sunday; rotas distributed six days in advance.
  • Varied daytime and evening shifts in an all-day dining environment.
  • Access to award-winning training programs with a focus on development; 326 team members promoted last year.
  • Holiday entitlement aligned with standard annual allowance, including site closures on Christmas and Boxing Day; one additional child-related leave day for school starts.
  • Smart casual dress code with comfortable footwear encouraged; no uniforms required.
  • Financial benefits including weekly wage advances, emergency cash support, savings and financial planning tools, and discounts up to 50% when dining.
  • Mental and physical well-being support including mental health and first aid training for managers, confidential helplines, free counseling, GP appointments, life coaching, and fitness sessions.
  • Social events such as family festivals, Christmas celebrations, regular team gatherings, and sports leagues including in-house cricket and football tournaments.
  • Long-term employees (5 years) are invited on educational trips to Bombay to experience cultural heritage and food origins.
