Position Overview

The Food Runner at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is essential in delivering an unforgettable dining experience. This role focuses on supporting smooth food and beverage operations, going beyond just serving food to guests by contributing to a unique and memorable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist with meal service to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Support kitchen functions and manage cleanliness of work areas.
• Restock supplies as needed to maintain seamless service.
• Uphold safety standards, adhere to company policies and quality requirements.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Remain physically active throughout shifts, including standing, walking, and moving over various surfaces.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, engaging in various physical movements such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned to support hospitality services effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No mandatory prior work experience, though previous exposure in food and beverage environments is favorable.
• No supervisory responsibilities required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
