The Food Packer role entails accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing food and beverages for airline flights, adhering rigorously to food safety, hygiene, and specific airline quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pack airline meals, snacks, and drinks according to scheduled flights and detailed specifications.
• Portion correct food quantities, apply labels, and securely seal items to maintain quality assurance.
• Evaluate food quality, freshness, and visual presentation pre-packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strictly follow HACCP and GMP guidelines to uphold hygiene and food safety standards.
• Observe airline catering protocols and loading requirements to guarantee safe transport.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and packing stations to maintain cleanliness.
• Support inventory monitoring efforts to minimize food wastage and optimize resources.
• Operate efficiently within tight timeframes to meet airline departure schedules.
• Consistently comply with health, safety, and organizational policies throughout all duties.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.
