Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage services aligned with the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and continuous upkeep of all Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across all service zones.
• Manage environmental controls such as heating, lighting, and entertainment for guest comfort.
• Provide excellent guest service consistently and enhance sales through upselling strategies.
• Complete daily SOP checklists and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain high training and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Desirable experience includes prior work in a 3 or 4-star hotel or high-paced hospitality setting, though not mandatory.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Availability for varied shift patterns, including early starts at 5:00 am, weekdays, and weekends.
• Team-oriented mindset with dedication and commitment to the role.
