Job description

Company Overview

Raffles Hotel Singapore stands as one of the last preserved grand 19th century hotels globally, showcasing an exquisite blend of historic charm and luxury colonial architecture. Its renowned design and distinguished service continue to delight travelers, featuring elegant suites, social areas, and acclaimed dining establishments. A visit to Singapore is incomplete without experiencing this iconic landmark that melds old-world magnificence with the city's unique modern character.

About 1887 by André

1887 by André is a heritage gastronomy restaurant within Raffles Hotel Singapore, guided by Chef André Chiang. It highlights Singapore’s culinary journey from the Victorian era to the vibrant multicultural flavors shaping the city, all interpreted with sophisticated French culinary techniques. The menu revives classic tastes originally found in Raffles’ early dining rooms, served with vintage silverware, complemented by a beverage program blending traditional and contemporary selections including alcohol-free options inspired by regional Nanyang flavors. With an intimate 42-seat setting, it offers guests a sensory journey bridging historical heritage with modern innovation.
