Food & Beverage Assistant - Breakfast

About the Role

Victoria Hotel in Galway is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join their team promptly, focusing primarily on breakfast service. The candidate should be experienced in managing busy breakfast and lunch periods, confidently handling orders and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Taking and serving customer orders efficiently
• Ensuring exceptional quality and service standards are maintained
• Following directions from the Food and Beverage Manager and Breakfast Supervisor
• Updating stock level variances as required
• Assisting with bar shifts including serving drinks and food

Required Experience and Attributes

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for customer service
• Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role
• Fluency in English for communication
• Proactive and able to use initiative
• Knowledge and familiarity with bar service operations
