Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server for our Noida Sector-104 outlet. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a positive demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and explain specials or menu items in detail.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system and promptly communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and punctually, adhering to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and maintained during the guests’ dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive, solution-driven approach.
• Handle payment processing, bill issuance, and provide accurate receipts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation, and accommodate special dietary requirements.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including setting up and restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as an F&B Server or related role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Capability to multitask efficiently and perform under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Positive, cooperative team player with a proactive approach to duties.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic awareness of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices within food and beverage service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills oriented towards customer satisfaction.
