Job description

Overview

The Facilities Management (FM) Assistant role at Band 2 level offers an hourly rate of 12.92 (equivalent to 25,272 annually pro-rated) for 6.5 hours per week, with the specific rota to be arranged during the interview stage. This position is based at Clifton Lodge, Colwyn Bay, Wales.

Primary Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing assigned areas per the work schedule.
  • Empty waste bins and replenish supplies in dispensers to maintain facility hygiene.
  • Ensure all related compliance records and documentation are accurately completed and up to date.
  • Adhere strictly to national cleaning standards as well as all Trust policies and procedures relevant to the role.
  • Maintain current mandatory training as required by the Trust guidelines.
