• Possess strong knowledge and enthusiasm for flowers.

• Be confident in conditioning flowers and well-versed in various floral varieties.
• Floristry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full and visually appealing floral displays at all times.
• Manage flower care within the workroom, including conditioning and rotating flowers and containers.
• Oversee plant management tasks.
• Ensure design bouquets are consistently prepared and available for display.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the store.
• Handle deliveries including ambient goods, fresh flowers, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Display and merchandise stock effectively.
• Rotate stock, monitor use-by and sell-by dates, and keep accurate records.
• Serve customers, process sales transactions, and package purchases.
• Dispose of waste correctly, adhering to segregation protocols.
• Carry out routine cleaning and upkeep duties.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time and permanent.
• Hourly pay rate is £14.40.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
