Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage daily installation activities, supervise onsite work crews, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Your tasks include inspecting subfloors for readiness, sourcing necessary tools, and overseeing the finish quality of wood, tile, and carpet flooring. You will also collaborate closely with contractors to maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery without compromising standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Over three years of supervisory experience in flooring for either residential or commercial projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of installation methods and safety regulations in the flooring industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.

Bachelor's Degree
