About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Floor Technician to join the Fresh & Ready Foods team at our Charlotte, NC location (10015 John Price Road). This position involves maintaining and restoring floor surfaces using various industrial floor care equipment. Candidates should expect to work in temperature-controlled environments with exposure to cold conditions for extended durations.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing techniques.
- Operate diverse industrial floor care machinery efficiently across large floor areas.
- Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning tasks such as shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
- Execute maintenance and restorative procedures for various floor surface types.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience as a floor care technician or similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with floor care equipment and maintenance techniques is essential.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols during operations.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds frequently.
Working Hours and Application Details

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay ranges from $28.00 to $34.00.
