Floor Manager - MECCA Parramatta

About the Role

MECCA, one of Australia’s premier prestige beauty retailers, is seeking a committed and passionate Floor Manager (Second In Charge) to join the team at its Parramatta store in New South Wales on a full-time basis. This position offers the chance to lead efficiently in a dynamic, busy retail setting where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service experiences at one of MECCA's busiest locations.
• Lead by example by guiding, coaching, and mentoring the sales team to foster a motivated, high-achieving, and engaged workforce.
• Motivate the team to meet and surpass commercial targets and customer service benchmarks while exemplifying MECCA's core values.
• Enhance team skills and morale through consistent feedback, recognition, and professional development initiatives.
